NATIONAL CITY BANK

With over 20 staff to manage and nearly 3,000 projects per year, the Creative Services team at National City was being overrun by paper and lost productivity. When Lincoln Electric decided to expand their internal marketing department, they needed a systems to manage all of the projects the department was handling. Adatasol developed a comprehensive system that automates many tasks other staff would have been responsible for in the past. The result: more time to produce great creative work with less administration.

For Sherwin Williams, Adatasol worked with the Color Marketing & Design Department to develop a comprehensive solution that manages all elements of the projects for which the department is responsible.

CEDAR FAIR

Cedar Fair is an owner/operator of seven major amusement parks throughout the United States including the world famous Cedar Point. Cedar Fair's Planning and Design department is responsible for developing most of the printed materials used at the parks, including everything from tickets to brochures. With the volume of work orders in the thousands, the department was in desperate need of a system to manage their workflow from the time jobs were requested until they were printed.

Working closely with the P&D staff, Adatasol designed a system that not only improved the process for the department, but also improved communication with the entire company's staff through automated web and email processes. The outcome is an improvement in productivity and responsiveness.

MOEN

With our experience at Cedar Fair, Adatasol now had a template for workflow improvement that could be used in other companies. At Moen, the Wholesale Marketing Department is responsible for all instruction sheets and specification pages used for Moen's products.

Adatasol customized the workflow management tool, again enabling a company to save thousands of dollars through greatly improved productivity.

KIOSK / RUNTIME SOLUTIONS

PROGRESS LIGHTING

Progress Lighting is the largest single source for residential and commercial lighting in the United States. They use a FileMaker runtime solution as a tool for searching their product catalog and creating orders. The runtime application is distributed to over 5,000 sales sites nationwide.

Adatasol was hired to convert this solution to FileMaker 8, and build cross–platform installers.

TIME ENTRY & BILLING SYSTEMS

NOTTINGHAM–SPIRK

Nottingham–Spirk Design had struggled to develop a custom system for employee time entry and billing for over four years. Adatasol was brought in and asked to have a system ready in three and half weeks. On the first of the following month, all 50 Nottingham–Spirk staff were entering time in the new system and the billing processes were ready to be run.

CARNEGIE MANAGMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

...is a developer and owner of retail, commercial, and residential projects throughout the United States. Until working with Adatasol, the company had no unified system for contact management and customer relations. With thousands of contacts across the spectrum of the real estate market, tying all of the disparate data together was quite a challenge. Adatasol developed a structure for organizing all contacts that met Carnegie's needs now and in the future.
